Where are your flags manufactured?
We take great pride in our heritage; the vast majority of our flags are 100% Made in the USA to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship.
How long will my flag last outdoors?
The lifespan of a flag depends on weather conditions and material. Generally, a flag flown daily lasts 90 to 180 days. Using high-quality nylon or polyester can extend its vibrancy.
Do you offer custom flag printing?
Yes, we specialize in custom flags for businesses, events, and personal use. Simply upload your artwork on our custom order page to get started.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on stock items in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-made products and used flags are not eligible for return.
How fast do you ship orders?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders require additional production time, usually ranging from 7 to 14 business days.
What are the best flag materials for high-wind areas?
For high-wind environments, we recommend our heavy-duty 2-ply polyester flags. They are engineered to be the most durable option for extreme weather conditions.
